This is a very easy recipe and the result is extremely tasty. I made it for the party that we had before we left to Australia and recently for my birthday. Luka thinks it is heavenly, and I could not agree with her more.
If you do not like chocolate you can stop here. Wait, you probably would not have even clicked further to get here, so I assume that you do.
This time I used a rectangular cake form. If you double the recipe then you can fill a 20 cm round form, but then you better make sure you have enough people to share with.
75 gram chocolate biscuits
35 gram melted butter
Make crumbs out of the biscuits and add the butter. Put the mixture in the form. This will be the base for the tart.
100 gram sugar
300 gram melted dark chocolate
100 gram melted butter
60 gram flour
1 table spoon cream
Oven: 170 degrees, 25 minutes
Whisk eggs and sugar until stiff.
Add the melted butter and chocolate. Mix thoroughly. Add the flower and cream and mix again. Poor into cake tin and bake for 25 minutes.
That is it! Very easy.
Although the hardest part is that you have to wait for it to cool down completely before you can take it out.
It still looks pretty liquid when it comes out of the oven, but the sides will get harder. The middle might still run out if you cut it on the first day, but that is actually quite yummy.
If you add ice cream to it, your tarte will turn into a sophisticated dessert.
