Travelling alone with two kids from Melbourne to Brisbane

Tomorrow we are on our way to Brisbane. We are travelling without Oliver, since he flew today already. This means I will be travelling alone with Kai and Luka.

It will take almost the whole day to get there: first by car to the train station, then by train and bus to the airport, afterwards a two hour flight by plane and finally by train again.

A few years back this might have been nerve wrecking, now it is not anymore. They are nine and seven and have really grown up, they can be a big help if they need to be. So I am not worried about the trip or all the luguage that we have to drag along, yet…

An adventure in itself, one that I am looking forward to!
