On weather (again)

I know, I know. Writing about the weather is kind of like admitting that you have nothing better to say and are trying to fill your blog.But this time it’s different.

Really, it is!

This was the temperature yesterday: 44 degrees Celsius.

Yesterday was another one of those record-heat days. Our car recorded 44 degrees Celsius while we were driving home from the (blissfully air-conditioned) mall. Which was great, since we had a lot of washing to do and in this heat it was dry almost as soon as we hung it on the line.

Later in the evening the weather changed, bringing some heavy storms and a drop in temperature. And today? It’s 14 degrees Celsius – 30 degrees less! That’s like going to the beach one day and ice skating the next.

This city is definitely weird! (In a good way.)
