First impression of our house

We are extremely happy with the outcome of our house in Mount Waverley which we can call our home.

Here the description and pictures from the real estate agent:

If you are looking for a light & bright property with lots of style then look no further! In a perfect location this three bedroom family home with secure entrance features separate formal dining, spacious lounge, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Main bedroom on the lower level, complete with full ensuite. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are located upstairs with the main bathroom located conviently. The property is fully enclosed and has a fabulous outdoor entertaining area, undercover parking for 2 cars with a low maintenance garden.

The kitchen

The kitchen is compact, but it has gas and enough work space. The gap on the left we have to fill with a fridge. It is normal here that you bring your own fridge/freezer. As you can see the gab has the size of 2 cupboards, so that must be a very important item.

Behind the kitchen is a laundry room. That is where the back entrence is as well.

The hallway

The staircase in the hallway of the main entrance. The kitchen and the master bedroom on the left. Ypu can see a tiny bir of the kitchen. The formal dining and the living room are on the right. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom in the back and one up front. Both upstairs rooms have built in beds that look very cosy. The upstairs is a bit more then half the size of downstairs.

The bathroom

The master bedroom downstairs has an ensuite with toilet, sink and shower. The main bathroom is upstairs, with toilet, bath and shower. We do not remember if there was a seperate toilet downstairs, but we guess there is, otherwise there would be no guest toilet.

The garden

The view from the living room. A small but cosy garden. On the left a carport big enough for two cars next to each other.

There are no pictures of the living room, but that looks nice as well. The high ceiling gives it an open feeling.

We asked the agent to give our contact details to the current tenant. Hopefully they will contact us before the end of this week, so we might be able to make an appointment and take some pictures.
